Dear Family and Friends,
It is hard to believe that Dec. 1 marks our first year in our rental home in Brevard. As we make new memories here, we are very mindful of our wonderful West Hartford memories as well.
More Progress. Here are pictures of the block 
walls half- complete (above), and then basically complete with gravel for the concrete slab. It gives a nice contrast. There is also one picture of the Transylvania Chorale Society Christmas Concert. It is an opportunity to play "Where's Waldo?"Block will finish, electricians and plumbers will prep the necessary fittings in the slab, and then it will be time for large trucks with concrete! I do not understand how these guys back these trucks out of our 500' driveway.
