Before Construction

Here is a baseline of what the lot looks like before construction starts.

There are 5 wooded acres, with a gravel road leading to a small potential building site.

We look south, with a winter view of the college, the town, and mountains. The lot is very densely wooded with deciduous trees, rhodedendron, and mountain laurel.
